The house is situated in a quiet location on a no exit street. I have harbour views and a large garden surrounds the house so please roam around and enjoy the old world charm.                                                                                              

Room With A View is a quiet and relaxing place to stay. Rosemary offers two guest rooms, each of good proportions having a view of Akaroa harbour.
The guest rooms each have a Queen size bed and T V.
Guests can enjoy the large garden and the sun drenched veranda with sweeping views over the Akaroa harbour.
Situated 50 meters from the waters edge and within four minutes walk to the main wharf, cafes and craft shops.
Rosemary will be happy to assist you with activities such as harbour cruises, dolphin swimming, tracks to walk and Kayak trips.
